The Pacific Northwest Chapter of CMAA has made the difficult decision, out of an abundance of caution, to postpone this year’s conference in light of the COVID-19 outbreak in our area. We are taking this action in response to the recommendations of both the Snohomish Health District and Public Health – Seattle & King County, published yesterday, that large public gatherings be postponed to the extent possible. In making this decision now, we also want to ensure that we respect the time and effort of our presenters, our venue, and you, the attendees, by avoiding last minute changes.
The conference is now scheduled for Friday, May 29th. All registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled date. However, we recognize that the new date may not work for all attendees, so we’ll refund any registrations at your request. Please see this link for instructions on how to submit a refund request, or contact if you need assistance.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or Jack Schwaegler, Chapter President (email@example.com).
Thank you for your understanding and support.
